Returns

All products have a 14-day return policy. It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the condition of the product and any accessories supplied until you have decided to keep the product.

Any wear and tear, damaged packaging or lack of packaging may result in a reduction in value and therefore a partial or full refund may be refused. The return fee will be the same as the delivery fee. The delivery fee will not be refunded if the product is in good condition at the time of delivery and is not covered by the guarantee.

The customer may also return only a specific product from a specific order.

Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania - free for 14 days

Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and other EU-countries - 2,90 €

In case of our mistake or damaged product, the return is always free.

Warranty

Premium spare parts have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty and standard parts have a 1-year warranty. Accessories have a 1-year warranty.
